Flying at our sites ranges from ridge to thermal soaring – often with resident eagles and hawks. Our sites are both paragliding and hang gliding friendly. This Google Map contains the locations of our Flying Sites along with information all pilots should review including the locations of launches, LZs, important geographic features (thermal triggers), photographs and Flying Site access news and restrictions. In the Chewelah area we’ve gotten to know a few landowners and public lands managers. Fine people all! The community is very welcoming to our sports. MASA is a member of the Chewelah Chamber of Commerce and devoted to helping with community projects. This video produced by the Chamber will give you a great feel for the Community!
